It is obvious that Murdoch sees the leftist bloggers as a news threat, and that indicates where yours strengths are. It would be wise for you guys to continue with what you are doing, minus the negative aspect part of it that we talked about previously, and don't allow yourselves to get "sucked in" or don't spend your energies retaliating. That is how one gets such into the negative vortex of another's energy. Rise above it and let it pass beneath you. Yes, they may harass an advertiser but that will soon pass for if they spend their time and energy on trying to defeat you, then they'll just be taking that much away from what they usually do - news broadcast - and the focus will become you. In this way, they are depleting their own resources and energies rather than focus on what brought them to where they are to begin with - news broadcasting. They cannot continue to devote a part of their shows every single day, they just can't but you guys can continue to do what you do without fail because that is what you do. Don't take away from that by redirecting your strengths toward an area that is just not your gig (such as rallying against their advertisers...give that up, it just isn't practical nor is it wise).

Do you get what I am trying to say? I said I was tired so I sometimes can't seem to connect what I want to say with what I say. [HUH]

Murdoch should be afraid, very afraid, of bloggers like yourself--you are teaching others and making them aware of what's going on--that's not good for the man who wants to be king of all media.

    R. Murdoch has money and power...I don't know if I would want to get it in the same sketchy fashion he has ;;)

Given that the "mainstream media" sold out a long time ago, they are now trying to cover their overpaid self-serving asses, along with the elitist cronies the are economically enslaved to.

The "mainstream media" are propagandists for the oligarchy that poses as a democratic republic.

They attempt to distract us with their innane and irrelevant pap, while insulting those who have the courage to tell us that the emperor is wearing no clothes.

An informed electorate is the foundation of a robust democracy. The mainstream media's real job is to keep the masses dumbed down, so the body politic will be dumber than King George. While this is a tall order, it is the mainstream media's current function.

The independent media, whose funding is grassroots, is of course edgy and often seems offensive, but, when we discuss systemic corruption, the language we use to describe the national stench will offend the effete snobs who pander to a warprofitteering chickenhawk and his bootlicking attorney general...
