The system put into place during the Clinton Administration to archive emails was scrapped by the current administration. Maybe that way the missing emails that started around the time of Valarie Plame's CIA outing couldn't be found and no one could be charged with treason. Not just treason of course, it was an obvious retailiation for her husband debunking one of their false excuses for this illegal war.
